Awarded 3rd prize in the Brandenburg 2004 engineering competition in the urban reorganisation category for the planning of the subsequently completed Dr.- Wilhelm-Külz quarter, staff of 50
  Schwedter urban reorganisation 2005

      financing of the building project.
2nd urban reorganisation project in Gera.
Commencement of advisory activity in Riga/Latvia.
Activities in the Hessen area have been developed.
Mr Sager obtains authorization as "Recognized planner for preventive fire protection."
  Planning for the urban reorganisation project of 2007  
  the Talliner road in Schwerin has been finished,
brought the greatest urban reorganisation to a termination. Studies for communal heating supply of big areas in Muhlheim,
inner-city biogas supply will be given priority.
Commencement of advisory activity for modernisation of energy use in buildings in China
Assignment by Dr. Kreie as recognised expert in noise prevention in the federal state of Brandenburg.
   
    2008 Continuation of advisory activity for preparation of a
      standard building typology in China, and for renovation oriented status assessments of residential buildings in four cities of North China.
Assignment by Dr. Krawczack as officially appointed and sworn in technical experts in noise prevention and room acoustics.
Assignment by Ms Koeppen as authorised expert in barrier-free urbanism and building planning, accredited in the Architects’ Association Berlin.
