The alcon Ingenieurgesellschaft für Bauplanung mbH was founded in 1995 and has been working since then as a partner within the BauCon group in the preparation and supervision of a variety of building projects.
alcon GmbH is principally active in project control, the supervision of premises and the repair and modernisation of buildings. The range of services includes complex renovation of prefabricated slab type buildings, renovation of joint utility ducts, blueprint amendments, new elevator installations such as in the "Red Quarter" in Berlin-Hellersdorf, and restoration of costly, listed rendered façades with stucco elements, such as in the Prinzenallee in Berlin-Wedding.
