The effective module area of 278 m² of the photovoltaic system for the trade centre is spread over several electrically independent switched modular fields.

A detailed switching simulation was carried out during the planning in order to optimise the placing and switching over of the modules to obtain maximum current yield as some modules in series are already off during partial switch over.

Photovoltaic systems amortise the investment costs by comparison to the highest usage costs. Here in particular the national renewable energy legislation for grid feed should be mentioned. In addition, national and regional subsidies and reduced interest loan schemes are available.
