  creation of apparent "houses"
· accentuation of the "houses" by dormer extensions
  to aid tenants’ subsequent recognition and
  identification the houses
· measures to improve the building and the quality of
  housing by:
· extension and installation of elevators
· ground plan alterations
· terraces
· renovation of the façade, WDVS,
  in part as a curtain façade
